My experience with Jannell Ford was overall a great experience. I was greeted at the door by Tom, and he helped us find the car I was looking for and had come in to see. He was very friendly and it was nice to have an actual conversation with the sales person instead of being treated just like a number. After the test drive Tom was awesome he didn't pressure us to negotiate. He even said "I'll give you a minute to talk to each other and feel free to come in to chat if not then no big deal, I hope you have a great day." Was nice to not be pressured and given a chance to converse with the person I'm with. Even negotiating ran smoothly and wasn't a huge "game." Everything was great, even picking up the car and getting the tour of what everything did. The only thing that was frustrating was the finance department, specifically Joanne, she didn't inform me of everything that needed to happen and I was stuck making calls between my bank, my insurance and the dealership all day trying to get things in order and make sure all avenues were covered. I would definitely do business again with Jannell, however making sure I have everything I need before I leave and not taking anything for granted and possibly dealing with another person in finance. More

I had an unexpected brake problem. Upon arrival I made Adam aware of a situation I had at home with an ill elderly mother and asked if I could have a quick estimate as to how long it would take to fix. I had planned on renting a car as I could not be without one. Adam and his crew were wonderful. He said it would take @ 2 1/2 hours so I opted to wait. In less than half that time he came out and said it was finished. He knew I was anxious to get home and had 2 men work on my car. I have been dealing with with Jannell for many years and will only purchase my cars there. My husband is thrilled that he can be confident that I can handle my car issues and be treated with respect and receive great service. More
My service advisor Drew was very helpful and seemed genuinely happy to help me. He even found a coupon I could use for my appt. We just had our first service experience at Jannell Ford - an oil change and diesel exhaust fluid top-off. It was a busy Saturday morning in the service department, yet Drew Gill greeted us promptly and got - an oil change and diesel exhaust fluid top-off. It was a busy Saturday morning in the service department, yet Drew Gill greeted us promptly and got us in and out in 45 minutes. Drew was also very knowledgeable - he explained how and why it was IMPORTANT to use Ford Motorcraft exhaust fluid only in our brand new F350. He provided excellent customer service with a smile, while sharing his keen sense of humor and putting a smile on his customer's faces. First went to the dealership I bought my F150 from.(near my home) I was told the problem would cost 600.00. Service department employee, never got out of the chair, never had anyone look at the problem(brok my home) I was told the problem would cost 600.00. Service department employee, never got out of the chair, never had anyone look at the problem(broken sideview mirror) Simply repeated "six hundred dollars". Went to Jannell Ford next. Walked into the to service department, asked Adam (service rep) how much the mirror would cost to replace. He asked me for my keys, to which I replied "why do you need the keys?" His polite response was that he would prefer to look at the mirror first, before giving me a price. Within two minutes, service tech came out to my truck. He looked at the mirror, diagnosed the problem,explaining to me that the only thing that needed replacing was the mirror motor. I went back inside to discuss with Adam. He informed me the cost would be 145.00 to correct the problem. it took me 1/2 of a second to reply,DO IT! Great job by all involved at Jannell. They have a new customer. More
