This was my first time utilizing the service department for Jannell and I had an excellent experience. My new car that I bought from them that I had for less than 2 weeks wouldn't start one morning, needle for Jannell and I had an excellent experience. I talked with Andrew and he was awesome. He got me in without an appointment the day before July 4th weekend. He went out of his way to help me out which was something that definitely made a good impression in my eyes. They fixed the problem and took care of everything that needed to be done. I appreciate Andrew's help and it was great to work with a service department that was accommodating and willing to work with me.
