While visiting my Mother for a few days, we took a "sight seeing only trip" that started (and ended) with viewing used cars at Jannell Ford in Hanover, MA. This trip was supposed to be just to begin the process of looking at used SUVS for a future purchase in 6 months to a year. Tom Deiana at Jannell Ford, was absolutely wonderful and greeted us and treated us like we were his one and only concern and Customer. I was upfront with Tom, that I was only there looking and was looking for a very low monthly car payment for an SUV. I was a current Jannell Ford Customer, trading in a 2007 Ford Taurus that I had purchased from them used. I moved to NH in January, and felt I needed to trade up to an SUV with 4WD for the NH winters. Everyone I came in contact with or spoke to at the dealership, was exceptional at Jannell Ford! Of course, I ended up test driving a 2008 Ford Escape that drove like a dream (and even had my sunroof!) and left there putting down a $500 hold deposit. The next day I took the plunge and purchased the vehicle. Tom ensured it was detailed for me before pickup (and stayed a few minutes late after closing as we finished up the process) and ensured it was Ford Certified. He answered all of my many questions and concerns and was extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Kathy Mulvehill, in the financing department ,was wonderful with explaining additional information concerning an extended warranty and the GAP insurance (both of which I ended up purchasing and financing). I will recommend all my friends and family to go to Jannell Ford (and especially to work with Tom Deiana if they are puchasing a new or used vehicle). Personally, I will be reaching out to Tom and Jannell when I am ready to buy my next vehicle in three to five years. SENSATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

Andrew was very friendly, and was helpful in getting my vehicle fixed on a timely basis. He was even willing to stay later in order to allow me to pickup the vehicle today as opposed to tomorrow. Just left the showroom after signing my paperwork for the easiest car purchase! Jack, Eddie, and Joanne were excellent and easy to work with. I found Andrew Gill to be an extremely pleasant and agreeable representative for the dealership. Recently purchased a pre-owned Ford Explorer from a pre-owned dealer. Brought it to Jannell for an electronics update and reset of key codes etc. Despite the fact that I did not purchase the vehicle pre-owned dealer. There were no surprises during the servicing of the vehicle and no pressure to purchase additional services. I recommend them and Adam Levandowski in particular. More
I own two Ford Vehicles (2012 Ford Focus and 2005 Ford Taurus). Both vehicles were purchased at Jannell. Andrew Gill (Drew) was very informative about the issues involving the car. He never spoke down to me nor did he treat me as if I won't understand since I was a woman. He explained everything in detail and would clarify for me how each component of the engine and parts repaired impact the overall functioning of the car. In the past I did not always seek repairs at the Dealership as I feared it would be more expensive and did not always trust that unnecessary repairs were not being performed. I never feel that way at Jannell. I believe they are honest people and care about me as a customer (and care about my car). Andrew "Drew" Gill deserves praise for his work and kindness. I am now a customer for life not just for sales but also for service. More
I went to jannell ford lokking for a certified ford edge. Evan met me at the door and asked me to help ohim serve me and the rest is history. I went on a Thursday and picked up my used edge on Monday morning. He worked very hard to get me what I wanted and I can't say enought about their credit office. Joanne met me on the cape to sign the paperwork on Sunday morning so I could take delivery on Monday. From the sales manager to Evan and Joanne I had a great experience and will go back to get my wife a newer ford escape. More
