We stopped at this dealership because of the convenient location and to see what kind of offer we could get with our trade. We were very pleasantly surprised by the courteous and friendly greeting we received. Absolutely no sales pressure given! Forest was very helpful, listened to what we were looking for in options etc. and he assured us that even though they didn't have that vehicle on the lot they would be able to get one for us within a couple days. He was right on! After discussing price we were very happy with our trade In allowance and the final price of the vehicle! Janice contacted me very quickly by phone and email within less than an hour of getting the lead from AAA. The same day they found the last exact car in our region, at another dealership. So they invited me to test drive the 2014 on their lot to get a feel for the vehicle. When I arrived Saturday afternoon, Janice introduced me to Evan. He made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and assured me that they could make this happen for me. I left after giving them a deposit, and they secured the vehicle for my purchase. Sunday I dropped off my trade-in vehicle. Tuesday afternoon they got the vehicle to their dealership and prepared it for me. They handled all the paperwork from the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles to the financing. That evening I went to take care of signing the paperwork, was given a personal review of the car features and drove it home. All that in just four days!
