The communication between technician and service advisor negatively affected information given to the customer. An incomplete diagnosis was given to the customer which was very frustrating because it did n negatively affected information given to the customer. In addition, the service appointment was schedule over a week in advance for an 8 am appointment, and yet the vehicle was not brought into the shop until sometime in the afternoon. I brought my daughter out to buy her first car today. She didn't want to look at a Ford because I have a Ford and she wanted a sleek and modern looking car. My sister bought a used 2010 Fusion because I loved mine. Evan Hagan met us in the lot before my daughter was sure that she would test drive one. He was pleasant and not pushy at all. He gave her time to think and asked her what she was looking for in a car. He really listened to her wants and needs and helped her find the perfect car for her!!! I was very impressed for the fourth time with all of the welcoming staff at Jannell Ford! The entire experience was a great one for my daughter and I will continually recommend Jannell to anyone I know who is looking for a new car! More

Jay went above and beyond to help me find the exact car that I wanted and it was at the dealership the very next day for me to drive home. He also worked with me to figure out how to get a payment I was comfortable with. The entire experience was hassle free. I also feel very comfortable knowing that I will be having my car serviced at Jannell. They truly do what they can to help and I am confident I will always leave there very happy.
