My interaction with Tom was good. He was very friendly and worked towards solving my needs and putting me in the right car at the right price. All of that was great. A few sources of feedback and thus why I would not give outstanding would be: When a customer is test driving a car, he probably does not want to see the car he might by being used by one of the sales people as their personal car. I guess you guys call that "Demo-ing" but I call that just using the car for personal use. Also, the car I bought definitely has a water leak in the roof of the vehicle. The service area claims they cannot reproduce it, but it dripped on me so I know it has this problem, and still does. I am going to have to video record it and give it to them so they can see it for themselves, even though I explained exactly under what conditions it happens. Tom was veey helpful and courteous putting me in a car while my newly bought car was in service being looked at. Overall, Good but not Great. More

Needed service on the transmission for my 2005 Explorer, and Drew explained all of the options about either a rebuild or a new transmission. I got a coupon for 15% off of service, and Drew was able to appl and Drew explained all of the options about either a rebuild or a new transmission. I got a coupon for 15% off of service, and Drew was able to apply this to a rebuilt transmission. In the end, i got a new transmission instead of a rebuilt for the same money as the rebuilt. The service team at Jannell was a pleasure to deal with. More
