If I could've rated higher, I would have. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I went to several dealerships and test drove a few different cars. It was my first time buying a brand new car and I wanted to make sure I absolutely loved it. I can't say enough about how great Peter was. It was an easy process from start to finish. They didn't create any delays or unnecessary waiting around. The staff was extremely candid and helpful about my car selection. They included personal recommendations based on their own families buying and driving. It was incredibly comfortable. No high pressure sales or tricks or gimmicks. It was really a cut and dry car buying process. On top of Peter and the sales team, I can't say enough about Joanne. She was amazing!! She was so nice and understanding. She did everything she could to ensure that I received the financing and at an amazing interest rate! I already went into work and raved about your dealership and had a coworker mention that it's their preferred Ford dealership as well. I'll definitely come back for both maintenance and for my next Ford. I don't think I could be happier with the service. Even picking up my sticker and registration was a breeze. It was a phenomenal experience and if you're considering buying a Ford it is WELL worth the visit. Ask for Peter! He was great! More

We had planned to visit a handful of dealerships that day, and make a decision on a car within the next two days. The first place we went to was Jannell, and we didn't need to go to any other dealership day, and make a decision on a car within the next two days. Great people, very friendly, NOT pushy at all which was very instrumental in us purchasing our new vehicle there. We didn't feel like we were being forced into anything, and I've personally never felt that way in a dealership before. They even gave us a really good trade in price for our old car, sight unseen. Drove home in our new car that day. I would recommend them to everyone! More

I stopped in about 1 month ago just to look at some used F150 super crew pick-up trucks and Jack met up with me in the lot. We got into discussions about price and availability and I stressed to him that price was an issue with me. Jack took my information and said he would keep an eye out for me. Low and behold he called me a couple of days ago to inform me they just got a trade in meeting my criteria. The truck exceeded all my expectations but it was the professionalism and courtesy of everyone I dealt with that has made me a return customer and make me recommend Jannell Ford to everyone. This is the second vehicle I bought from Jack and both times the whole experience has been seamless and left me feeling extremely comfortable about my purchase. I will be back for my next vehicle and will send everyone I know to Jannell Ford! More

This was the first time I felt confortable in all stages of buying a vehicle. Peter was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He knew the differant trim levels and packages and got me the best bang of buying a vehicle. Peter was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. This was the first time that I had even seen the salesmanager while buying a vehicle, most times the salesman is like a runner between the customer and salesmanger. Here he came out and introduced himself and was very involved in getting me the right vehicle at the right price. The business manger could not have been more helpful, I left understanding eveything that was included and paid for. Best car buying experience ever. I would recomend this dealership to all friends and family. More
