After comparing Jannell with 3 other Ford dealers, I felt confident in purchasing my 2014 Ford Escape from Jannell. The sales people are very friendly and down to earth. I was looking to trade in my older car(which was a coup) for a family car being I am expecting my first baby. Evan was so great! He was able to understand what I was looking for while still being consider for a family car being I am expecting my first baby. Evan was so great! He was able to understand what I was looking for while still being considerate of my price range. I absolutely love the ford explorer he found for me, it's exactly what I wanted. The sales staff was excellent. They were very good to deal with and prepped the vehicle pretty quickly; quicker than I thought it was going to be ready considering it was lousy weather. JB grabbed a box deal with and prepped the vehicle pretty quickly; quicker than I thought it was going to be ready considering it was lousy weather. JB grabbed a box so I could transfer my belongings to the new vehicle and even put the fast lane transponder on the new vehicle. I've always been wary of taking my car to a dealership because I've heard horror stories of people being overcharged and having work done that was unnecessary. But since I have bought my car th dealership because I've heard horror stories of people being overcharged and having work done that was unnecessary. But since I have bought my car through Jannell I've had all my service done with them. They are friendly and explain everything that they've done or will do to the vehicle. They also make a point to tell you how much your bill will be which is so refreshing. I always recommend people to take their cars to be serviced at Jannell...such a great dealership! More
