Since I was paying cash for the vehicle, it shouldn't have taken so long in the office, The wrong address was on all the paperwork, she misplaced passwords, couldn't logon to websites, and all the time blamed someone else. I have been in the business world for a number of years and find it very unprofessional to ditch your co-workers to the customer. I couldn't wait to get out of that office. After our test drive, we presented what we thought to be a prohibitive financial situation. We were assured by Andy, that financing would not only be possible, but probable. After speaking with Andy, we then spoke with Ed Clark, who walked us through a few options for our situation. We filled out the appropriate paper work and spoke with Finance Manager, Kathy Mulvehill. We were not only able to be financed, but we received an excellent rate. The combined efforts of Andy, Ed, and Kathy, made what we thought would be a difficult and stressful car shopping experience, a seemingly effortless success.
