Rob Sylvia in sales was hands down AWESOME! He was able to juggle multiple customers while still making me feel completely taken care of. He made my trade in of my Focus and purchase of the Bronco Sport seamless and fast. He even made sure I was able to pick it up the next morning, on a Saturday too boot. Wilfredo in finance was also spectacular. Both gentlemen were down to earth and made the experience fun and enjoyable. It was like speaking to people I had known for forever.
