Booked oil change 2 weeks in advance took 2 days to complete. Never got updated on the status and when i called back to check, the person on phone wasn't that friendly either. i bought my vehicle from complete. Also so concerned about their knowledge as well. Definitely not going back for any reason. Never recommend to anybody. Just stay away. More

I realized that my brakes on the rear of the car needed NEW rotors and pads that the bumper too bumper policy ,The tire & wheel policy ,didn't cover xxxx. Very disappointed. I have never purchased a vehicle out of state before, but these guys made it so simple and were very patient with my questions. Eddy, Mike, Will and everyone else here were absolutely fantastic. Not only did they make the vehicle purchase smooth, they were also kind enough to have the vehicle delivered to me. That's a 7 hour trip one way and they didn't charge me a dime for it! When the vehicle arrived it looked even better in person than what I saw in the pictures. It was absolutely pristine. Definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had, hands down! More

Overall great experience from management, sales (Dina) and finance departments. I had to wait over a year for my Maverick but was kept updated with the best information Jannell had at that time.
