Booked oil change 2 weeks in advance took 2 days to complete. Never got updated on the status and when i called back to check, the person on phone wasn't that friendly either. i bought my vehicle from complete. Also so concerned about their knowledge as well. Definitely not going back for any reason. Never recommend to anybody. Just stay away. More

I realized that my brakes on the rear of the car needed NEW rotors and pads that the bumper too bumper policy ,The tire & wheel policy ,didn't cover xxxx. Very disappointed. Not only did they make the vehicle purchase smooth, they were also kind enough to have the vehicle delivered to me. That's a 7 hour trip one way and they didn't charge me a dime for it! When the vehicle arrived it looked even better in person than what I saw in the pictures. It was absolutely pristine. Definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had, hands down! More
