My boyfriend's family has been going to Jannell Ford for years and recommended them to me. I first bought a used car from Jannell seven years ago and had an overall positive experience. I recently decided it was time to replace that vehicle and wanted to return to them. My boyfriend's father had recently done business with Richard Darr and advised me to ask for him. Richard was great. Helpful, professional, honest, no pressure. He really went the extra mile (with the help of General Manager Bill Rodrick) to meet my needs and get me into a car I wanted at a price I could afford. I then sat down with Kathy the finance manager to discuss payments, warranties, etc. She was exceptionally nice and made me feel at ease. She explained everything fully and was patient and understanding. It helped make a stressful process a much more relaxed one. I have had credit issues in the past but she was still able to get me approved at a reasonable rate. I went back a week later to get my registration and inspection sticker and was seen immediately and taken care of in a professional and helpful manner. I would definitely recommend Jannell Ford to others. They are a great team of people who seem to genuinely care about their customers and treat them with respect and honesty. I am very happy with my car and have Jannell to thank for it. More

I purchased a used car from Janell. The salesperson, Eddie Clark, was very friendly and straightforward. The dealership itself did not have that cheesey, "let's make a deal" feeling that is often the case - it was more of a TEAM of business people who all had their own job to do to complete the sale & get you the car you wanted. I bought the car before they had fully inspected it. When they did, they replaced the tires. Nice. I'm having a mechanic take a peak at the vehicle just to ease my mind and will add to my review of anything comes up. But I doubt that it will. All in all - a nice experience with good people. I recommend this dealership. More

Had a great experience overall with this dealer; initially spoke with Jack Bresnahan on the phone, then came in for a test drive and met Rob Miskinis. Both were very friendly, followed a very low-pressure approach, and listened carefully to my key criteria. Jack made no attempts to sell me any add-ons for the car, knowing that I was looking for a reliable commuting vehicle while keeping overall cost down. Ultimately they helped steer me to the 2011 Focus for the better incentives, over the newer Fiesta, and I appreciated their guidance during the decision. Very happy overall with the experience, and I plan on going back to Jannell again in the future! More

I have looked for a new truck for about a week at different car dealers and stoped at Jennell Motors to look at the new Ford trucks. I went into Jannell Ford to get a feel for shopping around for a newer car, and I left not needed to shop any longer. I've had my car for about a month now and I have absolutely no complaints. I told them what kind of car i was looking for and they knew exactly what suited me and my lifestyle.
