The process was painless and the staff was knowledgeable but not pushy. As someone who does not really enjoy the car-buying experience, I found it much simpler to deal with the Jannell staff than I have at but not pushy. I was very impressed with my experience purchasing a used Fod Flex from Jannell Ford. As with most people, I had had some pretty bad experiences in the past, so I was more than a little apprehensive about ha Fod Flex from Jannell Ford. As with most people, I had had some pretty bad experiences in the past, so I was more than a little apprehensive about having to go to car dealerships and deal with salespeople again. After reading on Dealer Rater that Jannell Ford was one of the highest rated Ford dealerships in the area, I decided to go in for a test drive and was lucky enough to have Richard Bernard as our salesperson. Having been in sales for years, I know a good sales person when I meet them and Rich did a great job. He was very pleasant and patient, which are two of the characteristics that you don't frequently hear associated with car salesmen, but are necessary if you want my business. He also had a really good knowledge about the vehicle that we were interested in and there was never any pressure involved throughout the purchase of the car. I can't recommend Jannell Ford, or Rich Bernard high enough. I will certainly be going back there the next time that I am in the market for another vehicle. More

We explained to him right away that we were not going to buy that day as we were looking at other dealers also. Eddie was very helpful and spent a great deal of time with us allowing us to test drive the Escape and Edge. He took the time to explain every detail about the cars and how all the systems worked. Eddie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and made the whole experience an enjoyable one. We have always been very satisfied with Jannell's customer service in the past and will continue to have our cars serviced by them. If we decide to purchase the Edge, Eddie Clark will be the first person we will contact. More
We just purchased a 2011 Ford F150 Lariat. I have to say the process was very easy compared to prior purchases at other dealers. I have been driving a Subaru for the past 8 years and love the car, but with the mileage I felt it was time to look at something new. I did my research on different fuel efficient vehicles and was very i love the car, but with the mileage I felt it was time to look at something new. I did my research on different fuel efficient vehicles and was very impressed with the Ford Fiesta reviews. I had a Ford Fiesta back in the 80's when the first one came out and enjoyed that car very much. I test drove several different manufacturers and came back to the Ford Fiesta. I chose Jannell Ford because I have dealt with Jannell at least 5 times in the past 20 years and have never been disappointed with sales or service. Eddie Clark was my salesperson and he was exceeding professional while making the experience fun. I ended up calling him on his cell phone on a Saturday night to tell him that I wanted the car! Kathy is the finance manager that I dealt with and she made the decision easy by putting all options on the table so that I could pick out the best finance program for me. I am picking up my car on Wednesday morning and can't be more excited. I feel that I got a very good deal on an excellent vehicle and would recommend Jannell Ford, Eddie and Kathy to anyone. More
Over a 2 day period I visited Jannell Ford 3 times and a local Honda dealership twice. I was comparison shopping the Ford Fiesta and the Honda Fit. I was greeted and dealt with promptly and cordially from local Honda dealership twice. I was comparison shopping the Ford Fiesta and the Honda Fit. I was greeted and dealt with promptly and cordially from all employees at Jannell's on each occasion, as opposed to the Honda dealership, where I stood for 15 minutes - both days! - before finally having to ask for help. The sales professional at Jannell's asked pertinent questions about our needs and made us aware of all the current incentives on similar vehicles so that we had options to think about. After deciding on the Ford product, the paperwork went very smoothly. We ended up with a finance rate that beat the lowest one we came up with on our own. No pressure, easy people to work with, and at the end of the day we actually sat around and shot the breeze for a while. One of the salesman, Richard Darr, remembered selling a 1957 Pontiac Starchief to my grandfather and even remembered the color! 2/28/11 We picked up our car today and my wife & I were given a thorough 20 minute overview of the vehicle, and introduced to the Service Manager in case we had any questions, which was something no other dealership in my car buying experience has ever taken the time to do. Jannell Motors continues the tradition that they established back when my grandfather and father bought cars from them, which is something the high volume dealers just can't match. More

I went with looking at a Ford Fusion and had the good fortune to be met by Eddie Clark upon arrival. It was a comfortable and low-key visit. He was amiable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I made a decision on Saturday to get the SEL and returned on Sunday to meet with him and Kathy Mulvehill, Business Manager, as well as to get the car. Again, everything went smoothly. Kathy is professional, efficient, and well-informed. She is good at what she does and explains the numbers, reviews options, and has a good presentation of options that might be worthwhile, without making it a sales pitch. We are off to a good start. When needed, I hope the Service will be as good as the initial sale. More
