My visit to Jannell Ford was the best experience I have ever had in buying a new car. My salesman, Eddie Clark, is an immediately likeable guy. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and patient with questions and concerns. Once my decision was made, he made the purchasing process as easy as possible, and spent sufficient time in explaining the features of the car. I drove off the lot with insurance in place, sticker and registration, as well as an appointment for my first oil change. Kathy, the Finance Manager, was helpful and (again) patient in explaining different options. I told her what I wanted for monthly payments, and she got there. There were several options which she made sure I understood and helped me with a decision. Again, she did not try to "sell" me. I love the car and so far Jannell Ford is the right dealer for me. I would recommend the dealership, Eddie, and Kathy to anyone looking for a Ford. More

In my search for a new car, I met many, many car salespeople. However, the only place I felt completely comfortable to come and go as I pleased during my search was with Eddie Clark and at Jannell salespeople. However, the only place I felt completely comfortable to come and go as I pleased during my search was with Eddie Clark and at Jannell Ford. Eddie gave me information, without pressure or gimmicks. I test drove the car (a Ford Flex) multiple times and for one extended time period, and received only education about the car until I was finally ready to sit down and negotiate the price. I had some minor surgery on the day we were meeting to get down to final negotiating, so unfortunately I was tired and in pain from the procedure, and not in a good frame to make decisions. Had Eddie pushed me that day he never would have seen me again, but he had the presence of mind to realize I needed to back off and take another few days to refocus on the purchase. That was the right gesture, because it solidified my decision that this group cared more about me than about pushing a car. I came in the next morning (feeling much better) and bought a 2011 Ford Flex. I felt I received a fair price with minimal haggling. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Eddie and Jannell Ford. More

I was very impressed with my experience purchasing a used Fod Flex from Jannell Ford. As with most people, I had had some pretty bad experiences in the past, so I was more than a little apprehensive about ha Fod Flex from Jannell Ford. After reading on Dealer Rater that Jannell Ford was one of the highest rated Ford dealerships in the area, I decided to go in for a test drive and was lucky enough to have Richard Bernard as our salesperson. Having been in sales for years, I know a good sales person when I meet them and Rich did a great job. He was very pleasant and patient, which are two of the characteristics that you don't frequently hear associated with car salesmen, but are necessary if you want my business. He also had a really good knowledge about the vehicle that we were interested in and there was never any pressure involved throughout the purchase of the car. I can't recommend Jannell Ford, or Rich Bernard high enough. I will certainly be going back there the next time that I am in the market for another vehicle. More
