I went to the dealership this afternoon to look at some cars. Art approached us in the parking lot and was more than helpful. I am more than pleased adn I even go to pick the color for no extra cost. Art was more than helpful and I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone looking for a car. The level of knowledge and his caring attitude made it clear that Jannell Ford is the only dealership worth checking out. Previous to the visit I went to a Chevrolet dealership there best offer was a 2009 cobalt with 35,000 miles on it. After going and dealing with Art he was able to get me a better price on a brand new car and with a better attitude as well. Thanks again for the great work guys! More

Great experience. They got me the car I wanted at a great price. Stayed late on a Friday to work with me. Had the car ready on Monday. My overall experience with the dealership was extremely positive. The people I dealt with were informative, friendly and more importantly, patient. I was never rushed or pushed into buying a car. Bobby was my salesman and he spoke with me on the phone several times, over 2-3 weeks, before I was even able to make it into the store. I was very impressed with this car dealer and for me that goes a long way. If a car dealer is rude or pushy and there price is lower I will not buy from them because of their bad customer service. I thought I was going to buy an Escape, but after a test drive, relized it wasn't what I was looking for. Added, my husband's colorful depiction of what he likes combined w/ mine; patiently, Richard showed me what he thought would be a good choice for us. Gladly, I was able to find the perfect vehicle. Then Eddie kindly, suggested payment options that would help us to stay in range of budget. Also we shared a common interest in sailing which was fun to talk about, our adventures at sea and looking forward to the new ones, Eddie! "Red Sky at night, sailor's delight...." And other great common interest were shared. Can't remember her name but, she was fast, accurate, and comfortable to finish the P/S with while our kids enjoyed hot chocolate. Thank you for the many warranty options and working the numbers to what we wanted. Finally, the Ford Exporer "Eddie Bauer Edition" looked fantastic when we were ready to take her home. Richard also, took the time to go over all those wonderful 21st century devices, voice activated/gps/phone/sirius/ipod, etc... and connected my cell. Wow! Impressive Stuff!
