Buy on-line from Jannell Ford (Hanover, MA) with peace of mind... We purchased a used van from Jannell Ford online in March this year (2011). We were finishing a 3 year assignment in Germany and we wanted t mind... We purchased a used van from Jannell Ford online in March this year (2011). We were finishing a 3 year assignment in Germany and we wanted to have the car ready when we arrived (June). The price was excellent and it was easy to get phone and on-line service from Jannell. We paid in full via a wire-transfer in March. On picking up the van we did not like some of the features on the car and on driving it - we did not feel completely OK with it. Bill understood our position - he offered some other vehicles to look at, which we did - but in the end, without any issues at all - Bill provided a full refund. We saw the car on Saturday and on Monday we had the check in full. My wife and I appreciate very much the way Bill and Jannell dealt with our situation; they did not put any pressure on us, they simply wanted to give us what we wanted. They were honorable and demonstrated that they are a very customer focused team. I would not hesitate to buy from Jannell on-line in future. Thank you. More

Roger and I spoke at length about the virtues of the new Mustang GT, and he really instilled in me a sense that he knew what he was doing and I would be in good hands in the unlikely event I needed to have the car serviced for warranty reasons. I have been extreemly satisfied with the service that I have recieved from all of the memners of the Service Team. I had bought a 2009 Ford Focus from Quirk as part of the Cash For Clunkers program but I chose not to return to Quirk to have it serviced. I had over 45,000 miles on the 2009 and Bill pellagrini and Bill Roderick gave me a great deal on a brand new 2012 Focus SEL and i am loving it! Thanks again and keep up the good work! I have used Jannell Ford since I bought my Ford Escape in 2005. I will only let the Service people at Jannell touch my car. Though I have had only a few issues with the car, when I take it in for servicing, 2005. I will only let the Service people at Jannell touch my car. The Service people are friendly and efficient...and very thoughtful. Since I've bought the car, I have recommended Jannell Ford to my friends...not just because I love my Escape...but because I am so impressed with the quality of the service work. I know the Service Department takes pride in keeping my car going strong! More

I took my Ford Winstar to Jannell in December for a rear axle recall. Ford asked consumers with Winstars to bring them in to be tested and if they didn't pass the test they would provide you with a rental u axle recall. Ford asked consumers with Winstars to bring them in to be tested and if they didn't pass the test they would provide you with a rental until the parts came in. My van failed. The team at Jannell explained that it would be 4 - 5 weeks before the parts came in and drove me to the rental company. Turns out Ford had a much larger than expected problem on their hands and took longer to distribute all the parts. I never heard from them for 6 month! 6 months later I went to pick up the van. It was very helpful that they arranged for me to return the rental to Jannell and not have to go to the rental agency as well. I started to drive out of the parkig lot and there was an awful noise. Roger drove the van and told me it was the strutters and springs. I knew I couldn't drive the van home. I was very upset as it didn't need these parts when I dropped it off six months ago and I did not want to invest any more money into this old van and yet was not prepared to buy a new car right now either. I was ready to panic. Roger understoond. He explained that this can happen when a vehicle sits for such a long time and that he would see what he could do to help me. And he did. He called Ford and explained the situation, but they said this was not covered under the recall and there was nothing they could do. Roger didn't give up on me. He had a van on the lot, much newer than mine, that was being junked because of the recall. He replaced the broken parts of my van with parts from this newer van, even a broken windshield wiper he noticed! And, he didn't charge me for parts or service. I know I need to buy a new car in the near future and I know where I am going to buy it. It is great to have a car dealership you can trust. More
