I am a long time Ford F150 driver and have purchased a truck from Jannell in the past. Recentley, I bought a new truck and have tried multiple times to have a pair of dings taken out of two flat panels. T truck from Jannell in the past. Typically this would be a quick, cheap and easy fix, however Jannell has made it an extremely frustrating experience as I've been juggled between sales and service every time I call. And on top of that, after every wait on hold, I am redirected to a voicemail. I have spent almost every call dealing with a computer and when I wait I get a voicemail every time. I have been calling on weekdays around 11am and 2pm, so there are definitely people at their desks and can hear the phones. I will be taking my business elsewhere so I can actually speak to someone who can help me and not be redirected every time I actually speak to a human being. More
I purchased a used Chrysler Sebring several weeks ago and found two things wrong. A light on the rearview mirror would not shut off and the dash brake light came on several times. I was asked to bring the car back and the service department said because it was a Chrysler they did not have the software to diagnose the problem and I would have to bring it to a Chrysler dealer but if I incurred any expense they would pay for the repair. The Chrysler dealer fixed the light problem and told me the front bake pads were 75% worn and that the brake fluid was low, which they topped off and charged me $49.75. I called Roger and informed him of my problem and he said bring the car back to him and he would put on a new set of front pads and reimburse me with a check that day. I did and not only did he replace the pads he did a complete front brake job plus giving me a check for $49.75. I was treated the way a customer wants to be treated. I was very happy with my first dealing with the service department and look forward to a long relationship. More
I went in for an oil change and a blinker that needed to be replaced. The man at the service desk was so nice and even adjusted my price to make me very happy!! Buy on-line from Jannell Ford (Hanover, MA) with peace of mind... We purchased a used van from Jannell Ford online in March this year (2011). We were finishing a 3 year assignment in Germany and we wanted t mind... We purchased a used van from Jannell Ford online in March this year (2011). We were finishing a 3 year assignment in Germany and we wanted to have the car ready when we arrived (June). The price was excellent and it was easy to get phone and on-line service from Jannell. We paid in full via a wire-transfer in March. On picking up the van we did not like some of the features on the car and on driving it - we did not feel completely OK with it. Bill understood our position - he offered some other vehicles to look at, which we did - but in the end, without any issues at all - Bill provided a full refund. We saw the car on Saturday and on Monday we had the check in full. My wife and I appreciate very much the way Bill and Jannell dealt with our situation; they did not put any pressure on us, they simply wanted to give us what we wanted. They were honorable and demonstrated that they are a very customer focused team. I would not hesitate to buy from Jannell on-line in future. Thank you. More

Roger and I spoke at length about the virtues of the new Mustang GT, and he really instilled in me a sense that he knew what he was doing and I would be in good hands in the unlikely event I needed to have the car serviced for warranty reasons. I have been extreemly satisfied with the service that I have recieved from all of the memners of the Service Team. I had bought a 2009 Ford Focus from Quirk as part of the Cash For Clunkers program but I chose not to return to Quirk to have it serviced. I had over 45,000 miles on the 2009 and Bill pellagrini and Bill Roderick gave me a great deal on a brand new 2012 Focus SEL and i am loving it! Thanks again and keep up the good work! I have used Jannell Ford since I bought my Ford Escape in 2005. I will only let the Service people at Jannell touch my car. The Service people are friendly and efficient...and very thoughtful. Since I've bought the car, I have recommended Jannell Ford to my friends...not just because I love my Escape...but because I am so impressed with the quality of the service work. I know the Service Department takes pride in keeping my car going strong! More
