Overall a great experence Ed Minelli went over and above what I would expect from a salesman. A great guy to have in your employ. On a side note I would like to say I was disapointed in FORD MOTOR Co. as to their Rebate program giving incentives to Police Officers as well as Military two very derserving groups. But not to Firefighters who are also out on the front lines every day in this country. I think Ford Motor should look into this oversite. More

Jannell Ford takes customer service to a whole new level. I recently went in to have some warranty work done on my wife's Lincoln and I was impressed from start to finish. They fixed my vehicle and even did a free safety check which found a few other issues that were fully covered under my extended warranty. When the truck couldn't be finished same day because of a needed part, they arranged for a rental and had it waiting for me when I arrived. I am in the customer service business and appreciate quality service. Quality and happy employees make for quality customer experiences and all the Jannell employees I spoke to genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. More
Sean was very helpful and informative. He was patient and took the time to explain the two vehicles to us. He also made our test drive easy and comfortable. I am a long time Ford F150 driver and have purchased a truck from Jannell in the past. Recentley, I bought a new truck and have tried multiple times to have a pair of dings taken out of two flat panels. T truck from Jannell in the past. Typically this would be a quick, cheap and easy fix, however Jannell has made it an extremely frustrating experience as I've been juggled between sales and service every time I call. And on top of that, after every wait on hold, I am redirected to a voicemail. I have spent almost every call dealing with a computer and when I wait I get a voicemail every time. I have been calling on weekdays around 11am and 2pm, so there are definitely people at their desks and can hear the phones. I will be taking my business elsewhere so I can actually speak to someone who can help me and not be redirected every time I actually speak to a human being. More
I purchased a used Chrysler Sebring several weeks ago and found two things wrong. A light on the rearview mirror would not shut off and the dash brake light came on several times. I was asked to bring the car back and the service department said because it was a Chrysler they did not have the software to diagnose the problem and I would have to bring it to a Chrysler dealer but if I incurred any expense they would pay for the repair. The Chrysler dealer fixed the light problem and told me the front bake pads were 75% worn and that the brake fluid was low, which they topped off and charged me $49.75. I called Roger and informed him of my problem and he said bring the car back to him and he would put on a new set of front pads and reimburse me with a check that day. I did and not only did he replace the pads he did a complete front brake job plus giving me a check for $49.75. I was treated the way a customer wants to be treated. I was very happy with my first dealing with the service department and look forward to a long relationship. More
