I called en route for service at shortly after 4PM. Not a great time to expect to be serviced, but I had no choice... Jeremy answered, and was super nice. He told me to come right in. I left the car running in the lot as I was afraid it might die again. I was told I would be taken ASAP, and I had no sooner walked out the door, than the mechanic was greeting me at my car with the floor protector in hand. wow. It did turn out to be the battery and I was on my way home by 4:50...amazing service. Honestly, I have always had great experiences at Jannell, and this was no exception. More
Everyone at Jannell Motors was an absolute pleasure to work with. No one was pushy - they took time to explain everything to me (numerous times). I had to bring in my 2007 Mountaineer for service this week as I was experiencing issues with the computer/electrical system. I worked with Adam and Brandon in the Service Department and was blown away at week as I was experiencing issues with the computer/electrical system. I worked with Adam and Brandon in the Service Department and was blown away at the high level of customer service I received. I feel as though each time I work with the Service Department they go way above and beyond to ensure that I’m happy. Coincidentally my husband’s 2008 Escape broke down this week unexpectedly, the service team understood the urgency of getting at least one of vehicles back to us as soon as possible. While both of our vehicles were there they did a great job keeping us informed of the status of both vehicles and actually had them fixed VERY quickly. The issues we experienced with both of our vehicles weren’t covered by our warranties, the service team worked with us so that we would get the lowest price possible to fix both vehicles. I can’t stress enough how impressed I was and how much I appreciated Adam and team going the extra mile to help us out, the level of customer service, friendliness and the prompt response and turn around was TOP NOTCH. Thank you guys!! More

looked for 1 month at 7 different dealerships online, Physically visited 5. At Jannell They had what cars they listed online. My son and I went into Jannell Ford last week to look at some used Ford Focus cars, and we spoke to Eddie that day. He was very friendly and informative, and very low key. We weren't ready to buy that day, we just wanted to get some information and take a test drive to see how the car drove, and he gave us all the information we asked for, with no pressure to buy that day. We returned yesterday and he introduced us to Rich, who actually sold us the car we ended up buying - my son went over all the various models they had there with Rich, drove one that he liked, and then ended up buying it. We couldn't have been happier with the low-key, very friendly atmosphere in the dealership - it didn't feel like a typical dealership, we could really feel the "family-owned" part of it. Rich in fact was telling us how he practically grew up there, since his mother works there, and how happy he has been since he joined the sales staff. Joanne did the financing for us and was also very helpful. We were really happy with the whole experience from start to finish and will definitely return there to buy a car in the future. More

When we first got to the dealership, my husband and I had a plan to try and outrun any salesman that saw us haha....we had already been to 8 other dealerships and were pressured at every single one of them s a plan to try and outrun any salesman that saw us haha....we had already been to 8 other dealerships and were pressured at every single one of them so by the time we got to Jannell we were burnt out and really had it in our heads that we werent going to talk to anyone unless we wanted to test drive something. Our plan became a failure as we walked down the driveway when we bumped into Sales Rep Rich who was just the nicest, most down to earth, regular guy...we decided to give him a try and really were impressed with his knowledge and honesty about what was on the lot. He didn't try to put us un anything we could not afford, he managed to find us something that was in our budget (less than 25,000) and met every single "want" that wanted and MORE such as: suv (we just had a baby and need the room), nothing older than year 2006 and had to have under 50,000 miles. He found us a 2008 ford escape, sunroof, power locks, keyless entry, leather seats, cruise control, 45,000 miles in amazing shape for 21,000 in the matter of 10 minutes. We test drove it and a few others to be sure and ended up buying it the next day. Of course there were minor scratches and wear on the front seat since it was used but Jannell is going to fix those things at no additional cost for us! We got extended warranty and Joanne was just amazing as well, she worked it into the payment and made it so we could afford this suv that we loved. Eddie- the finance manager knew what we needed and got us extremely close to where we wanted to be (only $10 away from what our "limit" was, which was better than any other dealership we went to. Everyone there was extremely nice, knowledgable, and they really worked with us and made it happen. We can't say enough good things about this dealership, they are just great all around. So great that my sister actually bought from them too and we will most likely buy from them again and again now. Everyone should at least give them a chance because if you don't we can almost guarantee after this week of dealerships that we went to, you will get screwed anywhere else just like we almost got screwed. So go there and get hooked up like us!!! More
