If it wasn't for Roger my rating of my experience would have been not on the good side. After poor communication initally with the service department as to when my car would be ready, Roger explained to me have been not on the good side. Joanne (Business Manager)explained the financing clearly and handled all the paperwork efficiently. The next day I came to pickup the truck. It was cleaned, registered, inspected when I got there. Rich (Service dept) synced up my phone to the truck, answered last-minute questions for me and I was on my way.
