Visited three other Ford dealers in the area and settled on Jannell Ford. Purchased new 2012 Explorer. Just bought a 2012 Fusion from Jannell Ford on 10/10/11. Negotiations were straight forward, friendly, and not antagonistic. They worked honestly with me to get me the deal that I was looking for. I went to Jannell Motors and was told by Richard Bernard and Jason Lehner that I could get the car, with the equipment I wanted, without delay. How great is this? I now realize that a successful car dealership isn't about the facility or the inventory it's about the people who are the dealership. This was again confirmed when, upon delivery, Bill Roderick instructed the staff to immediately fix a slight imperfection befor I drove off their property. Thank you, More
