I have to say this was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Everyone that I dealt with was so helpful and friendly. I had an idea what I wanted and they gave me many options. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect. John Hanson is such a low key salesman. Friendly, knowledgeable, and really made me feel at ease by NOT pushing a sale. He was fine with me needing to test drive the car multiple times and then of course there was the decision regarding interior color which for most guys would have caused a coronary while I went back and forth but not John. He was VERY PATIENT and friendly!!! Eddie, the manager, was hilarious and helped me understand the details of all the amazing bangs and whistles on my NEW FORD EXPLORER which I am so in love with that I might have to invent a trip just to get to ride in it for a long time. Then there was Jason who was able to track down just the car I wanted... upstate New York and have it to me in one day. Great Service, great people, great color, great car. Thank you Jannell Ford. I was in the market for an F-150 and found several but the only one that had the options and color I wanted required me to take the 30 mile ride to Jannell. I was nervous at first, but the vehicle was "as advertised" and I was pleasantly surprised with the service and friendliness of the staff. They remembered my call from several hours prior and had the truck brought up right away. Jack and Ed went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I left with the vehicle that I came for. They didn't even mind my 2 little ones trying out the showroom models! Like I said, I drove 30 miles, and passed several dealerships on the way...and would do it again, and probably will, the next time I need a vehicle!!
