( needed done that day ) it was the fastest and easiest car purchase i've made and by the end of the day i felt i had a bunch of new friends. i would definitely recommend them to others. More

I was in the market for an F-150 and found several but the only one that had the options and color I wanted required me to take the 30 mile ride to Jannell. I was nervous at first, but the vehicle was "as advertised" and I was pleasantly surprised with the service and friendliness of the staff. They remembered my call from several hours prior and had the truck brought up right away. Jack and Ed went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I left with the vehicle that I came for. They didn't even mind my 2 little ones trying out the showroom models! Like I said, I drove 30 miles, and passed several dealerships on the way...and would do it again, and probably will, the next time I need a vehicle!! If it wasn't for Roger my rating of my experience would have been not on the good side. After poor communication initally with the service department as to when my car would be ready, Roger explained to me have been not on the good side. After poor communication initally with the service department as to when my car would be ready, Roger explained to me what was wrong with my car and when it would be done. He also did what he said he would as far as staying in touch with me when my car was being fixed. Above and beyond that he came all the way to my house to pick me up in Plympton. We had pleasant conversation on the way back and I thought he was very nice and genuine. Thanks Roger your great! More
I was greeted immediately as I entered the door to the showroom. Bob Christie was the salesperson I was working with as I considered purchasing a 2011 F-150 FX4 Supercrew. Not long after we came to a quick and fair agreement on the price of the new truck and the value of my trade-in vehicle (see Jason, Sales Manager). Absolutely no stress or pressure. Joanne (Business Manager)explained the financing clearly and handled all the paperwork efficiently. The next day I came to pickup the truck. It was cleaned, registered, inspected when I got there. Rich (Service dept) synced up my phone to the truck, answered last-minute questions for me and I was on my way. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone seeking to purchase a Ford and I look forward to having my first service done at Jannell Ford as well. More
