I have to say this was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Everyone that I dealt with was so helpful and friendly. I had an idea what I wanted and they gave me many options. Buying a car for me is a scary process....annoying salesmen...never feel like you got a deal...and when you finally find the car you like they don't have it in a good color! From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect. John Hanson is such a low key salesman. Friendly, knowledgeable, and really made me feel at ease by NOT pushing a sale. He was fine with me needing to test drive the car multiple times and then of course there was the decision regarding interior color which for most guys would have caused a coronary while I went back and forth but not John. He was VERY PATIENT and friendly!!! Eddie, the manager, was hilarious and helped me understand the details of all the amazing bangs and whistles on my NEW FORD EXPLORER which I am so in love with that I might have to invent a trip just to get to ride in it for a long time. Then there was Jason who was able to track down just the car I wanted... upstate New York and have it to me in one day. Great Service, great people, great color, great car. Thank you Jannell Ford. bought a dodge durango from sullivan bros. in kingston in 2005, after dealing with them on a number of issues w/ the vehicle, i wanted to drive the durango through the front of the building, i've never felt 2005, after dealing with them on a number of issues w/ the vehicle, i wanted to drive the durango through the front of the building, i've never felt so looked down apon and so taken advantage of. i developed a bad opinion of salesmen and dealerships until i went to jannell ford of hanover where,i have to admit, i felt uneasy at first but after spending some time there it was clear to me they are not just looking to sell you a vehicle but to make your vehicle purchase pressure free and to see to it that you leave a satisfied customer. i really enjoyed working with john hanson on my purchase and for having spent a couple hrs there waiting for reg. and insp. ( needed done that day ) it was the fastest and easiest car purchase i've made and by the end of the day i felt i had a bunch of new friends. i would definitely recommend them to others. More

I was in the market for an F-150 and found several but the only one that had the options and color I wanted required me to take the 30 mile ride to Jannell. I was nervous at first, but the vehicle was "a the only one that had the options and color I wanted required me to take the 30 mile ride to Jannell. I was nervous at first, but the vehicle was "as advertised" and I was pleasantly surprised with the service and friendliness of the staff. They remembered my call from several hours prior and had the truck brought up right away. Jack and Ed went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I left with the vehicle that I came for. They didn't even mind my 2 little ones trying out the showroom models! Like I said, I drove 30 miles, and passed several dealerships on the way...and would do it again, and probably will, the next time I need a vehicle!!
