I had pre-arranged pricing through USAA for a new 2012 F-150. The dealership honored the pricing, so it was a thin margin deal for them. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect. John Hanson is such a low key salesman. Friendly, knowledgeable, and really made me feel at ease by NOT pushing a sale. He was fine with me needing to test drive the car multiple times and then of course there was the decision regarding interior color which for most guys would have caused a coronary while I went back and forth but not John. He was VERY PATIENT and friendly!!! Eddie, the manager, was hilarious and helped me understand the details of all the amazing bangs and whistles on my NEW FORD EXPLORER which I am so in love with that I might have to invent a trip just to get to ride in it for a long time. Then there was Jason who was able to track down just the car I wanted... upstate New York and have it to me in one day. Great Service, great people, great color, great car. Thank you Jannell Ford.
