My wife and I arrived to the dealership and hour before closing just to look at a used vehicle. The initial intention of visiting Jannell Ford was simply for basic service; oil change/inspection stick. However, when my husband saw the '12 Ford Pickup in the showroom.... I was in for a 35,000 checkup without and appointment; done within 40 minutes along with I check on a problem with my trunk, the part was ordered and I have an appointed 3/14/12 to have part installed fix done within 40 minutes along with I check on a problem with my trunk, the part was ordered and I have an appointed 3/14/12 to have part installed fixing trunk problem. I went to test drive a 2012 Ford Fusion. Art Guertin came to my assistance and we went for a test drive. I indicated I would be interested in this type of vehicle. I did not really plan to buy. We looked at a couple of models and I asked to see what they would give me for my vehicle. They gave me an excellent trade in, along with all availabe discounts. They did not have in stock what I wanted and they found one and brought it to the dealership. Everyone was friendly, helpful and most of all there was no pressure of any kind. It was so simple and friendly I decided to buy right then and there. After the sale again they called to ask if I had any questions.
