Andy Clark was my primary sales representative, but what I liked about the dealership was everyone worked together to get me the car I was looking for. There was a great sense of teamwork and putting the customer first. The environment of the dealership was pleasant, friendly always maintaining a level of professionalism. Essentially you can buy a car anywhere, but it's the personality and feeling you get when you walk in the door of a dealership that makes you buy a car from a specific dealership. Jannell Ford is that kind of dealership, the kind you want to buy a car from. After always driving a Chevy this if my first Ford and so where I bought my vehicle was very important to me. Working with the team at Jannell gave me the sense that not only was the sale important, but the product and the customer are more important. My experience with Andy Clark and the entire team at Jannell was A+. They care about what they do and how they do it which makes the difference when you have a choice where to go to buy a car. More
The sales rep., Ron, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle i was looking at and answered all my questions without hesitation or concern. Nice to work with, very comfortable, dilligent but extremely fair. Left feeling very satisfied. This was my second purchase from Jannell and I'm sure it won't be my last. I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from Edward Clark, which I understand, I wasn't buying a Shelby Ford Mustang, he wasn't very personable in my opinion. I I have been using Jannell for years for service. I purchased one vehicle from them. I brought my 2007 Freestyle there for an A/C problem. I brought my 2008 Taurus there at the same time for tires. I found the service team to be pleasant, professional, and cooperative. They diagnosed the the A/C problem and repaired it. I was kept informed during the prossess. I was shopping around for tires. Jannell priced up a couple of options for me. They were competitive. I bought a set from them. The service team also informed me of a no finance charge option for paying over time. i took advantage of that option. Rebates were also available with this option. What could be better? Good group of people. More
