After researching the “new” 2013 Ford Focus I was much impressed with the reviews. I visited Jannell Ford, took a test drive and went home to “think it over”. I subsequently visited another Ford dealer and had a most unpleasant experience with unrealistic prices and considerable pressure to have me make a quick decision. Returning to Jannell I worked with Bill Pellagrini who could not have been more helpful and patient without being pushy. In consultation with Eddie Clark, the Sales Manager, they came up with an extremely reasonable price and trade in value for my old car. Both Bill and Eddie were low keyed and respectful. I am thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership. More

My first experience with Jannell Ford was in 2008, when I bought a new truck wasn't very good, It was a brand new truck and had factory problems, that kept the truck in the shop for over a month, leaving me bought a new truck wasn't very good, It was a brand new truck and had factory problems, that kept the truck in the shop for over a month, leaving me without a truck to work. The people there couldn't care less, especially the owner, who gave me the cold shoulder when I went to talk to him about my situation. Now, almost five years later, I've decided to give them a second chance, after all, they're located in my home town, and want to keep the business within my neighborhood. I was very pleased to find out that the Service Dept. has been replace, with a much more professional staff, who really went out of their way to help me, instead of being cocky, rude and pushy, like the ones before. I was so satisfied that I ended up buying another brand new truck with them. Hopefully I won't need to deal with the owner again. More

Overall, it was a very satisfying and seemless experience - we are very happy. I went to Jannell as my final effort to get some help with getting out of my car which another dealer screwed me over. hen I called I spoke with a wonderful man named Jason Lehner who when I explained m with getting out of my car which another dealer screwed me over. hen I called I spoke with a wonderful man named Jason Lehner who when I explained my situation told me to come in and they would look everything over and help me in any possible way. When I walked in Jason was there to greet me and directed me to Jack Bresnahan who sat down with me and went over everything. Jack and Jason worked hard side by side to try and help me in any way. These two men were like my angels and were able to figure out what to do and I ended up driving away in a brand new vehicle. Jason and Jack worked their butts off and and for that I am forever greatful. I couldn't be any happier. I will be recommending everyone to try Janenell first.
