Brought my 07 f-150 in for service because of "THE DREADED CHECK ENGINE LIGHT" came on the dash! I expected the worse(cha ching) but was pleasantly suprised when Drew(service advisor) informed me that DREADED CHECK ENGINE LIGHT" came on the dash! I expected the worse(cha ching) but was pleasantly suprised when Drew(service advisor) informed me that the computer had to be reprogrammed better yet there would be no charge!!! My truck has always been serviced at Jannell Ford.They have been good to me as far as service,quality of work and overall experience from the day I bought the truck in 07 and continues today. I was referred to Bill Pelligrini from a friend and was not disappointed. He was relaxed, knowledgeable and was willing to work to make the deal happen. He was pleasant and engaging and certainly wanted to sell the car. I guess all worked out because I wanted to buy one. Kathy in financing was great she had a nice way and made the process relatively painless. We were both there to make the best deal and I hope we both made out. I recently purchased my second truck from Jannell Ford. The first was a new F-150 in 2005. I went back to Jannell because of the good experience I had the last time. My salesman Evan was great. He spent alot of time with me and my Friend and there was no pressure, But alot of sincereity. If I had to name the best salesman I have ever had, it would be Bill. I purchased a 2013 Mustang GT from Peter Samiotes yesterday. 2 weeks ago I stopped by for a casual visit to discuss the vehicle purchase Peter, Eddie Clark and Joanne put together a deal, lowest interest, highest value on my trade and added a reasonable service contract 4year 125k miles coverage, and gap insurance while still offering the lowest monthly payment with the lowest down payment. Jannell Ford also offers a program through their service Dept. if you service your car with them they will reward you with 2 sets of free tires throughout the life of your car. My car has 19inch Pirrelli Pzero tires not inexpensive! They located the car I wanted at 10;30 am and I took delivery that evening 5:30 pm with a full tank of fuel. I did not feel pressure to make the deal and was not trapped at the salespersons desk I was able to leave and continue with my work day and communicated with the dealer by phone. Thanks Guys it was a pleasure doing business with you. Highly Recommend! More
