Andrew worked with me to make sure the extended down time of my vehicle was not an excessive burden. When I arrived to pick up my car Andrew Gill was very friendly and patient in explaining the serpentine belt system of my Ford Freestyle. It was much clearer that the steering pump and air conditioner c friendly and patient in explaining the serpentine belt system of my Ford Freestyle. It was much clearer that the steering pump and air conditioner compressor could be related. I feel more confident that the repairs provided by Jannell have fixed the car's problem. This was my first experience with a service representative who seemed to care that I understood what had happened and how they went about fixing it. Jannell has always been helpful and responsive in fixing my cars - this was service above and beyond their usual "good" - truly excellent! More

The staff is personable and friendly. I have used their services twice now, and the experiences were positive. Prices on the services are reasonable: the first time I took my car here, they matched an exp services twice now, and the experiences were positive. They offered me a shuttle service to and from my house, so that I did not have to wait. More

I came into the dealership on short notice because I had broken a mirror and they were able to assist me quickly and have my part ready for me within 24 hours. I am very pleased at how little time it took to get my car fixed and at how friendly the staff was. I was assisted by Andrew Gill and he was awesome! He was very pleasant and accommodating and took the time to answer all my questions.
