When I showed up to pick up my Maverick it unfortunately was not the color I thought I purchased and said I wanted to cancel. My husband and I were shopping for a new Bronco and were literally looking all over the US for the one with the right color/engine/combination of features and of course the right price. Once we got there it was super easy, low pressure and streamlined. We test drove the vehicle, signed the papers and put down our deposit. Harry, our salesperson was friendly and helpful and we never felt pressured by him or anyone else to "seal" the deal...we simply felt supported and taken care of. Eddie the sales manager was awesome, as well as Jillian and the finance manager Billy. The true art of a sales team is to make customers feel like they are being serviced and cared for rather than pressured and upsold. The team of professionals at Jannell, who obviously have a great working relationship and banter with one another, and who really seem to love their job and work environment translates into a great overall buying experience for the consumer.
