Seth took care of my service needs in a professional manor so I was pleased with. Service dept 5 stars I was irked once I was told the ceramic coating was done when I purchased the auto which I do n manor so I was pleased with. Service dept 5 stars I was irked once I was told the ceramic coating was done when I purchased the auto which I do not think was done and if it was done, not in the proper manner as it had no time to harden properly. I did receive a call that offered to have it reapplied. I declined the offer and will pay someone else to have it done in what I consider a proper method. Most charges to the vendor are 1.25-1.75% so to make additional money on what is an absolute norm in our society, to me, is dirty. More
