I originally had an appointment last month had to miss work in the morning in order to make it. I was told I would be able to get a loaner. After setting everything up I was informed that I am too young f work in the morning in order to make it. I was told I would be able to get a loaner. After setting everything up I was informed that I am too young for a loaner. I had to get to work so was unable to get the oil change done or the detail I was promised but still haven't gotten. Every time I call nobody is aware of the two oil changes, two tire rotations, and detail that I was promised so I have to reiterate it both on the phone and in person. The oil change itself was fine, but overall not worth the hassle. More
