For the love of god, stop spamming me with surveys, thank you emails, and thank you calls. It’s overbearing and annoying. It’s a sales tactic that will legitimately make me want to not come. The teach was helpful, but unfortunately the cost of the repair was really expensive. I didn't need a car wash, but they shouldn't say they'll wash the car and then not do it. It makes you wonder what else they're lying about...
