He was patient and friendly the whole time while he waited for us to scramble to get our crap together. Jeff the finance guru worked magic with the numbers and got us a better rate and lower payment than we were able to get with our own bank that we've been with for 30+ years. And while we waited, and Austin was getting our car prepped for us, Jesse, thinking he was another salesman, came and sat down with us to keep us company, as it turns out he was the general manager...a manager that actually cared about his customers is a rare quality and he was so friendly and genuinely interested in what we were talking about.
