He then had me drive the Forester which I loved but was way above my budget. So back to Impreza. Austin met my budget and I drove home in Impreza! More
Beware! BEWARE! They used deception when they asked me to come back to the dealership to sign new paperwork because, “corporate sent it back, they did not kn BEWARE! They used deception when they asked me to come back to the dealership to sign new paperwork because, “corporate sent it back, they did not know why, but the good news is my monthly payment went down .75 cents.” I believed them and signed the new paperwork. When I later compared both sets of paperwork I discovered they reduced the residual amount I will receive in 3 years by hundreds of dollars. Yes, my bad for signing without comparing every detail in both documents first. But they need to take ownership of using deception to make more profit! I gave them over two weeks to remedy this matter. I emailed twice, their finance dept. will not respond. I tried reaching out to their general manager through the dealership’s on-line submit a question/comment feature (which worked when I was looking for a vehicle) but it will suspiciously not accept anything from me. More

$90 "Diagnostic Fee" added to repair costs, crooks! I was charged a $90 diagnostic fee for a front wheel bearing replacement, even though the problem was diagnosed in 5 minutes. The service manager stalled for an hour before giving me the estimate in order to make me think it took an hour. Crooks! I will never set foot in there again. More

In May of 2016, I was in an accident on I-94 near Madison, and my 7-month old Outback was totaled. I was remarkably uninjured! I called Deana to tell her about the accident and to ask that she find me a replacement car. Within a few days, I was in a brand new 2016 Outback. In November of 2017, my husband was ready for a new car, so we bought our 3rd Outback from Deana. More

We spent 2 hours there test driving and dealing with their b.s.Salesman austin was very pushy wanted to sign a deal that day even though we said no.Au We spent 2 hours there test driving and dealing with their b.s.Salesman austin was very pushy wanted to sign a deal that day even though we said no.Austin stated we could get 0% financing but he said that was a secret deal just for us.(anyone can get 0% for 63 months with good credit).We got them to drop 1500.00 off msrp also.We left a check for 100.00 to hold that deal if we called the next day to go ahead.We got on the computer with mid-city subaru in chicago and had a 3000.00 lower price in 5 minutes.We maddeningly even got a better deal on that car from janesville"s website!!We had 5 dealerships badly beating janesvilles price in a half hour.We called ahead and went back the next evening to get our check back.We were told they would have our check.After showing up to get it some guy came out of the managers office to say he was not the manager,and after watching the manager shuffle papers for 15 minutes in his glass cubicle while we waited by the door,he came out and said they had cashed our check and we would have to wait until monday to get check in hand!We went to mid-city subaru and what a difference!We highly recommend this place our sales lady was terriffic(cyndi Moyano)very nice proffessional people.It is chicago traffic but well worth it.Taxes are paid in wi.so its all good!! I love Subaru but I have major buyer’s remorse and now have a new vehicle lacking the features that were promised, including STARLINK. I feel so violated. More
I had a stunningly very poor sales experience here I was seriously disappointed in my experience at this dealership... pressure tactics so rude and uncomfortable I refuse to buy from them! This was a situation where a Ford dealership took in a Subaru as a trade-in, but all of the dealerships in their network could sell the used car. I had an initial discussion at the Ford dealership that went well, but I wanted to see if their Subaru dealership could Subaru Certify the vehicle and offer a better warranty. I expected a great experience because I'm a loyal Subaru driver, but when the Subaru sales manager learned that I was not ready to buy that first time I met with them at this dealership in Janesville and that I was going back to the Ford dealership for another discussion now that I understood my options, the sales manager suddenly turned brash and angry and turned to degrading pressure tactics to try to get me to buy right then. I was so angry at his dramatic turn in personal style and rudeness, I determined that if I buy the Subaru (very likely, but I'm not yet sure it's the right time for me to by any car yet), I will do so at the Ford dealership despite the fact I could get a better warranty for free from the Subaru dealership because of its existing Certified Subaru status... now that's what happens when a customer feels the love has gone out the window, if it ever existed at all. I'm happy with my choice to buy from the Ford dealership because I know with a well-maintained Subaru that warranty is likely not going to be needed. I trust God will take care of this situation and help the sales team to learn from their mistakes. Trust and integrity trump price. More
