Went in for an oil change and was checking out new vehicles while I was waiting. Interacted with Michael Thrasher and out of curiosity tossed some numbers around. I was on a tight schedule and did not have time to further discussion. Went back a few days later and drove off in a new vehicle a couple of hours later. Turned out to be an expensive oil change! While not a necessary purchase, the numbers were too good to pass up. More

Came in for trailer hitch install on new outback wilderness. Not only were they finished BEFORE they said they would be (I was in the lobby waiting), but afterwards, Scott Lease took time to explai wilderness. He also made sure that I received the price for the hitch that was quoted 2 weeks ago as the price had increased. He definitely re-instilled my confidence in dealership service. More
