I hope there could be more workshops for the financial parts of purchasing the automobile that made me uncomfortable. But overall I left with the automobile and Im happy with it. lies and pressure I recently bought a used vehicle from Janesville Nissan. I am happy with the vehicle, but had i known what a crooked dealership this was i never would I recently bought a used vehicle from Janesville Nissan. I am happy with the vehicle, but had i known what a crooked dealership this was i never would have bought it. I told them that i was pre approved through my local credit union and i told them who to contact. we agreed on a price of $10,500 on the vehicle. i When we sat down to do the final paperwork i was shown three packages that i had to choose from. they all had bogus options that were quite expensive. i opted for the cheapest package but told him i did not want the 3 years worth of oil changes, the tire insurance, or the stole vehicle parts search. I was told by the credit manager that these were the only choices they offered and that if i wanted the vehicle that i would have to choose one. I said that was not right, and he said that is what it is. wanting the truck i said i would opt for the cheapest option. he then asked me what oil i wanted to use. i said whatever the manufacturer recommended. i will take the cheapest oil they allow. "oh that would be the full synthetic then, that is the cheapest" which i find out is a complete lie. When we get to the financial part they lay down paperwork from another credit union than the one i told them to use. "Well it was cheaper this way" he said. i said i don't care i want it through my credit union. he pushed a button or 2 and said " oh they denied you" which i found out later was a lie. but wanting the truck and not going with my gut, i went ahead with it. i was told the total with tax, registration and all was about $12,700. I open my first statement today from the new credit union and it say my balance is $16,000 for a truck that blue books for 15. DO NOT GO HERE! Time to find a lawyer! More

GIVE BRANDON WELIKY A RAISE!! AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! I walked on to the lot with no expectations of buying a car until I met Brandon. Let me tell you what, this guy knows his stuff! I guess that's what happens when you run into a real professional. I was with my 90+ year old grandmother who understandably has some trouble moving around. xxxx I even had a hard time keeping up with Brandon because I was so excited. That man moves fast! He made my grandma feel so comfortable by opening the car doors and adjusting her seat and as grandma said "setting her butt on fire with those fantastic seat warmers in the Nissan Rogue". I would never even think to shop someplace else! Brandon I'm sending my entire family to this place. Oh and if you want to hear some good jokes ask for JD while your waiting for finance :) man that guy is funny! Thanks for everything! More

Won't even try to help you if they dont think you will buy! I was very disappointed in my experience at the dealership. I am in the market for a compact SUV and wanted to take a Crosstrek and Juke for a test d I was very disappointed in my experience at the dealership. I am in the market for a compact SUV and wanted to take a Crosstrek and Juke for a test drive. Joel got my information and came back and asked where I wanted to be payment wise. He said there is no way we could be in the area I wanted to be so he wouldn't let me test drive because it would be "a waste of both our times if there wasn't going to be a deal." I had told him I am feeling things out and wasn't looking to buy today anyway. If I really loved one of the vehicles I could have bumped my budget to get what I wanted. I also do not believe that a base juke would lease for $500 dollars... Needless to say, looks like I will be going to Madison to take a look at Juke. At the very least I suspect they will open a vehicle so that I can see inside. I saw the Juke in the showroom but was never offered to even see inside the Crosstrek. Extremely disappointing, I would rather drive 6 hours to a dealer than ever go to them again... More
I had told them that my daughter was pre approved for a used vehicle. Then they had told my wife and daughter that they to fill out a credit report before taking a car out for a test drive. The lady that had helped them had said it would not be ran through credit. Well it was ran through credit. Then they had gave my wife and her mother a run around when they had confronted the manager. My wife had said "I did not give you permission to run my credit." The manager had said "You had signed the credit report." Instead of checking more into it, he had kicked my wife and her mother out of the car dealership. My wife had found a better car for our daughter up in Madison, WI. She said if she did not get kicked out that she would never go back anyways. They can not tell you the truth and give you a run around. More
