Read the reviews and then RUN! My son was looking for his first nice used car. He sent an email inquiring about a car he found there. A very nice lady called on his cell and let him know that car was still for sale. That is about the nicest thing I can say for this dealership. Because when we went a half-hour later we were told "Oh ya, that car is here, but we can't sell it as it has a recall on it." "Would you please come inside?" NOPE. I did look at that car. It wasn't clean inside and could not be sold for sure. The salesman was not on the up and up, kept asking me all sorts of questions that he was trying to "bait" me with. So here is my advice.....don't want a bad rep in town??????? THEN DON'T BE SO SHADY. Your reputation is so very obvious by your over all 2 star rating. The dealership we got a car from? 4.9 in rating. You are doing something very wrong ethically and are shady. If you were a great dealership, I would have given you a great rating...but you are not. SAD. More

Bait and Switch I called Janesville Nissan about a Subaru Crosstrek that they had listed on Car gurus (online car search). I called about 30 minutes before heading to I called Janesville Nissan about a Subaru Crosstrek that they had listed on Car gurus (online car search). I called about 30 minutes before heading to the dealership to make sure that the car was still available, they informed me that the vehicle was still available. When I arrived at Janesville Nissan, I was informed that the car was not actually available and had been sold. They said they had other Crosstreks available but were priced 4-5 thousand more than the car came to look at. They did try to find a Crosstrek for the price I was interested in at other dealerships but was unable to work out a deal. Unfortunately this was both a waste of my time and gas money, as I had drove to the dealership from outside of Madison. More
