Everything went well but for the Veteran Benefit. The dealer heard I was prior military and assumed the $500 rebate would apply and included it in the official Sale Proposal. I did not know the particulars of qualifying for the rebate nor did the dealer offer details. I accepted the Proposal pricing. When finalizing the deal they showed me the “definition and I, despite being a veteran, I did Not qualify. It effectively changed the pricing and upset me as well. This process should be 100% transparent when presenting the Sale Proposal. More
