Dealership took a deposit for a truck they were told weeks before they couldn’t obtain. I had to call the other dealership and find out the status from them because janesville Nissan is terrible about weeks before they couldn’t obtain. I had to call the other dealership and find out the status from them because janesville Nissan is terrible about communication. 5days they held my deposit knowing they couldn’t find me a truck. Luckily I found a much better dealership to buy a vehicle through. Janesville Nissan service department is also not very good. Bad communication on when your vehicle is ready to pick up. Overall a terrible experience. I’ve bought vehicles and have my Nissans serviced here. No longer will I do that. Janesville Nissan is 10mins from my house. I will now use a dealer farther away just because this dealership has issues every time I use them. This dealership would let a full blown argument will all employees involved in the middle of their store over a $15 credit card charge for a deposit that was taken over the phone for a truck they couldn’t even sell. Anywhere else would’ve happily gave the $15 fee back to try and make a customer happy. That is not the case at Janesville Nissan. New car sales manager is an absolute terrible manager. I spoke with 1 decent person out of the 10 people I saw when I was there. More
