The people in the service center and the work they performed were excellent. The service took exactly the amount of time estimated and all dealings with them were very friendly and informative. I would have given the experience a perfect 5 rating but the billing/payment process was cold and rather unfriendly...almost as if the person did not care at all. I don't expect to be treated like royalty but at least a simple "thank you, have a nice day" and a smile would have been nice. More

I purchased my vehicle new in 2013 from kia. This vehicle happened to be one with the engine issue. The engine did fail in December of 2024. Kia approved the work and set me up in a rental car from enterprise. All good so far. The service writer told me that it could take 2 to 3 weeks. He calls me 10 days later saying that my car has been done for 4 days and I will owe for 4 days of rental. He never told me the car was done when it was done. He rather told me that my car needed tires and they could do that when the car was in. I decided to get tires elsewhere and he proceeds to fill me with the line of xx that he did. When I called him out on it he was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I had to push before he finally came back and stated that kia will cover the cost. Unneeded stress to say the least. While waiting, however, I witnessed a sales/finance person encounter with a customer that was returning a vehicle. They treated this customer with complete disrespect. They had them signing paperwork and having a discussion in an open forum for all to hear. Didn't bother to take them back to an office. The female representative of the dealership was blatantly rude. That person earns 0 stars! The likelihood of me purchasing another vehicle from this dealership has been severely diminished! More
