Sold me a Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Chevy 2500 HD VIN: 1GC4YNE70MF171427 that allegedly had a 172pt inspection. They delivered the truck with an electrical issue that required the truck to be sent to anot 1GC4YNE70MF171427 that allegedly had a 172pt inspection. They delivered the truck with an electrical issue that required the truck to be sent to another dealer for repair on day 1 of receipt, which took 2 weeks to repair. The truck was also low on engine coolant, was dripping oil from the filter they installed, and the windshield wipers were falling apart. All items that were supposed to be checked during the inspection. The response from Ryan was “good news is the truck is certified and should be covered under warranty”…and their remedy was to try to sell me an extended warranty at their cost. I returned the truck. DO NOT TRUST their service department to do anything correctly or do a pre-sale inspection. More
