Only place we go with our Fords, Terrible experiences at the Corwin and Don Vance stores, 1st trip there made us know this was our place to go. STAY AWAY from this dealership. Dropped off our 2013 focus for a malfunctioning fuel guage, it was a recall repair. They called us few days later saying Recall repair was finishe Dropped off our 2013 focus for a malfunctioning fuel guage, it was a recall repair. They called us few days later saying Recall repair was finished, but the transmission is damaged internally and the vehicle is no longer driveable. They wanted to charge us thousands of dollars to remove and rebuild the transmission. They stated the technicians performed a recall service on the transmission and the new part they installed damaged the transmission. They never contacted us prior to working on the transmission. We never asked nor wanted them to do anything with the transmission, we just wanted the fuel guage fixed. The transmission was perfectly fine before they worked on it. The car is basically junk now! More
Horrible service, ridiculous additional charges took me three trips to get a recall of rear camera fixed, horrible communication as well. I definitely won’t be back. Logan was an incredible person to help me decide on a vehicle. I had been to numerous dealers in person by text and by email. He was by far the most responsive I felt like he was honest I felt like he wasn’t just interested in selling me something he had everything coordinated when I did decide to buy the process seemed seamless even though I know there was so much work behind the scenes, he was so kind and gentle and so informed about the vehicles he had available. Tom was also incredible when I was getting ready to leave with my new vehicle he spent time after the dealership had closed to show me different options on my dashboard, it was invaluable. Worst service EVER! Called and explained 3 issues that I wanted checked. A rattling noise coming from the front when driving up an incline, Rear vibration when turning Called and explained 3 issues that I wanted checked. A rattling noise coming from the front when driving up an incline, Rear vibration when turning and pulling up my drive has lack of power. She had said for a diagnostic it would be $159. Had a 8:00am appointment for Tuesday. Took it to them on Monday at 10:30am where it set until the last time I saw it at 3:30 pm on Tuesday. Called and explained the front end noise (IWE). Never addressed the rear end vibration and never addressed the lack of power. Simply didn't listen to what my concerns were when I called and the Service Manager didn't seem to concerned either about anything but the IWE. Worst service I've had in my life and will NEVER go back More
