nothing but money hungry.not interested in me returning 2011,payed cash for my wife a new rav4.18 months later battery gives out at 14,000 miles.bumper to bumper warranty will not cover what was obviously a 2011,payed cash for my wife a new rav4.18 months later battery gives out at 14,000 miles.bumper to bumper warranty will not cover what was obviously a defective part.what upset me was the way I was told this .Wal-Mart parking lot incident took passenger side mirror off of vehicle. After ordering new part for 222.00 dollars they ordered the wrong side mirror.after finally agreeing to reorder the correct part I was told price included installation. After 15 minute installation I was presented an additional 96.00 dollar installation bill.I feel they have dealt very unproffesionally with me and although I am looking at a new Tacoma or tundra I will not return to this dealership. If all Toyota dealerships operate this way I will look at nissans. My wife and I attempted to purchase a 2012 Toyota Rav-4. We currently own a 2012 toyota tacoma and have owned two other toyotas in the past. We love toyotas. However, Toyota of Muskogee tried to steal our trade (2000 below KBB/NADA avg. trade value)and would not budge on sticker price. Only reduction in price was a couple of hundred dollars and the $750 manufacterer rebate. That's all OK. They can ask what they want and offer whatever for my trade, and I can walk away if it's not what I'm willing to accept. The disgusting part of this experience, was the tricks and the repeated efforts to tell me how bad my trade was and how there is no mark up on toyotas--LOL. Maybe they don't do this to all customers but they really must of thought I was stupid. I've bought a lot of cars including toyotas and know better. I do have to add that the salesperson Rod was pretty good. It was the sales manager that was the problem. Maybe it was just too late in the day (7:00 pm on a Monday) for them and they didn't want to spend a couple of hours doing all the paperwork? We may buy another toyota but we will not purchase anything from Toyota of Muskogee or any of the other dealerships in Muskogee operated by this owner. I know I can travel to Toyota dealership in OKC, Tulsa or Dallas and save 3-4 thousand dollars over the deal they offered. A three hour drive is worth this kind of savings. More
I went into this dealership looking at a used Tacoma. We sit down to work the deal after many phone calls and e-mails trying to negotiate this deal. I have the e-mail where we agreed to a price and a trade sit down to work the deal after many phone calls and e-mails trying to negotiate this deal. I have the e-mail where we agreed to a price and a trade-in amount. Since, it was quite a drive from my house to this really small town. I get there and they wanted to change the deal and use a lot of dealership math tricks to try to confuse me. It did not work and when I called the Manager on it he personally came out to try to “make me purchase the vehicle”. They tried to say they could not find my keys for my trade-in. Funny thing was I had the keys to the Tacoma It was hard for them to keep my keys if I had their keys. This was one of the worst experiences I have had purchasing a car, be leery of their internet sales department. More
