SERVICE IS CLUELESS BOUGHT a brand new car in August. I have had a loaner car more than my own BRAND NEW CAR. I have spoke with the GM more times than I can count only fo BOUGHT a brand new car in August. I have had a loaner car more than my own BRAND NEW CAR. I have spoke with the GM more times than I can count only for him to lie and break promises as well. He picked a time for me to bring my car BACK in on Dec 22 and then he was too busy to even talk to me so did what I always do left it and got a loaner car. Finally got a call on Jan 4 that my car was ready. They did so much unnecessary stuff that cost thousands and still didn't do the simple thing they were asked to do since NOVEMEBER. So now I have to make another trip into the dealership and hope they don't mess everything up when they open things up on my car like usually happens. EVERY time I pick up my car one of the tires is ALWAYS low. Why is it that I can have it and this never happens and they never have a clue that this happens. No one in this list is even still at the dealership in the service department. We didn't use their finance and our salesman Mike Gamble was great along with Marcellus Faulk. The service department is horrible along with the GM. I have asked who was over the GM and no one wants to say. Good thing I have a great attorney More

Disappointed I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and I will say this was not the best experience. At first the salesman showed us a Tucson that we wanted to I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and I will say this was not the best experience. At first the salesman showed us a Tucson that we wanted to see, let us test drive it and everything was great. He suggested looking at cars so I wanted to try out a Sonata and it was dead on the lot. He kept trying to steer me to a different one instead of getting the one I was interested in to run. The salesman didn't offer to jump start it until he had us come into his office to look at numbers and I told him I couldn't even try it because it was dead. The salesman was nice but didn't know any information on rebates, pricing or sale, and it was a Black Friday sale! We ended up purchasing the car (whole other bad experience on trying to get the pricing and trade-in done) but had to bring it back the next day to have it cleaned, tires aired up and we thought, go over all the workings of the car because he knew we had never owned a Hyundai before. When we pulled up in the lot, the salesman looked at us and we saw him roll his eyes! They took the car, washed and vacuumed it, brought it back and never went over anything on the car, just sent us on our way! I have also never purchased a vehicle where they didn't fill the gas tank. We had to stop and put gas in it ourselves to get home. I will never buy anything or recommend this dealership again and will take any servicing to someone else. More
