Not 100% Satisfied Hello, While I love my new Tucson, I must say I am not 100% satisfied with the service we received at James Hodge. My parents purchased a tucson Hello, While I love my new Tucson, I must say I am not 100% satisfied with the service we received at James Hodge. My parents purchased a tucson from you back in June, and they referred us to you all mainly due to the fact that you have free oil changes for life, and you said you could best the offer we received from another dealership. My dad came to speak to you guys, and the price he was quoted was for a 2017 tucson SE plus WITH roof rack cross rails just like my parents. So, my sister and I both decided to go with you , but you did not have the colors we wanted in stock, so we paid extra to have them brought in. We were never told that the vehicles being brought in were not the vehicles we were quoted with. The ones we received did NOT have the roof rack cross rails. When we questioned it, they told us the ones they brought in didn't come with the roof racks. They didn't seem too concerned. My dad tried calling twice to speak to the manager who we dealt with, and he was supposed to call back but never did, so we never received the racks, but were told "you shouldn't threaten not doing business with us anymore over $200 roof racks." Well, if the racks are not a big deal, why aren't we getting them as quoted? Our family has purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the past 3 months, along with trading in 2 of our used cars, but due to the fact that we are not 100% satisfied makes us want to look into another dealership for our next vehicle purchases. More

Just absolutely horrible Customer service is dead at james Hodge Hyundai. I am new to the area and scheduled oil change. Service representative "Linden" didn't ask me what o Customer service is dead at james Hodge Hyundai. I am new to the area and scheduled oil change. Service representative "Linden" didn't ask me what oil to put into it...he just took car and left. When I walked over to him and asked him if he needed to know what type oil to out into it he laughed and asked me if I needed to know what type oil because he did. So, then I asked him what type oil and when he told me I said no, sir that's not what I have in it or want you to out in it. He just shrugged his shoulders and gave me a look that he absolutely could care lass. If this is the "face" of your service department, you're screwed - this guy was a grade-A xxx, rude, and when I asked for my keys and I said I would just go elsewhere he seemed happy and that he had "won" and "showed me". i a veteran and a federal government employee, wearing my official identification and I did not expect this.
