Honestly we were on our way to a Tulsa dealership because they offered an XL at the same price I purchased this one but we stop by this dealership and found the one we purchased. The few little differences wasn't enough to go on to Tulsa and the salesman and person who did the financing were very helpful, friendly, courteous and business like in the manner they handle our purchase. Worst experience ever! They refused to lower their price and refused to give me any more for my trade-in than their first offer. I got approved for financing but they wouldn't call me and I had to call over and refused to give me any more for my trade-in than their first offer. I got approved for financing but they wouldn't call me and I had to call over and over. They treated me like a second class citizen and Phil, my salesman, lied about why he couldn't call me back. This went on for five days. I really liked their car that I was trying to buy but I got sick of their crap and am looking elsewhere. They lost my business and the business of my friends forever because they were greedy, lazy, and treated me like filth. I hope they fail and have to close up shop. Treating people bad like they did will eventually get them a bad reputation. To the people who got lucky and had a good experience I say good for you and I wish I could have had one as well. More
