From the moment I arrived at the lot, I was treated with respect and felt like the salesmen truly listened to what I wanted in a truck. I felt there was no "smoke and mirrors", that prices and options were presented to me in a very professional manner and that all my questions were answered fully and completely. The salesmen went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with my new truck purchase. I have purchases several new cars before and one of which was a new truck in 2012 from another Ford dealership and I must say that my recent purchase of my 2014 Ford truck surpassed them all. The staff made me feel warm and welcome and I didn't feel like I was just a another customer or just another commission. I felt as though they truly wanted to do everything in their powers to get me into the truck of my dreams. AND THEY DID!!! I am completely satisfied with my new F150 4x4 off road truck purchase. I felt like I received the best trade-in price they could give me for my 2012 F150 and the interest rate is spectacular. I loved the fact I walked in and told them what I wanted and most importantly what I didn't want and they exceeded my expectations. All the staff was very kind and courteous from my salesmen to the financial officer that completed my paperwork. I will recommend James Hodge Ford to all my friends and family. More

Our Experience with James Hodge Ford We had been trying to localize a problem with our former King Ranch through the Service Department. Everyone in Service involved in our problem went above and beyond to resolve our problem, most especially the service manager, James. Since our truck was already 9 years old we decided to JUST LOOK at the new F-150 XLTs and maybe get a better idea of what it would cost is we were to upgrade. We certainly had no intention of buying at the time. Robert Johnson came out to greet us and even though we told him repeatedly we were just looking at the moment, he dedicated his complete time and attention to our inquiries. Our "must haves" were explicit and our "wish list" was complicated. Robert made it his mission to find us just the right truck to test drive, knowing we were in the just looking stage. We drove the truck, liked it and then went back to the dealership to get an idea of what the truck would cost and what our trade-in would be. Again we told Robert it was not our intention to purchase at the time - or so we thought. Robert and the James Hodge team met all our expectations regarding financial negotiations and WE DROVE HOME IN OUR NEW 2014 150 XLT - in the color I wanted! The finalization process (signing the papers) was expedited by Kaleb O'Brien, who is an extremely pleasant young man. All in all, purchasing this truck was an extremely pleasant experience. More

After having visited several other dealerships t James Hodge Ford had listed a particular car that I have been looking for at a price I could afford. After having visited several other dealerships that left me not wanting to purchase from a dealer. I decied to try one more time with James Hodge Ford. They were about 45 minutes from my home and after visiting with them I found everyone to be respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, not just out to make the most money they could from me. They made the experience a pleasant one and seemed to share in my excitement in owning a new car. I would recommend them to anyone and feel confident they would have the same experience. More
Never again Greg Freeman was very RUDE! I spoke with him on the phone and he told me he would call me back which he never did. One week later, I called back and h Greg Freeman was very RUDE! One week later, I called back and he was very rude again and said he would call back again and of course did not. I ended up speaking with someone else and finally my situation was taken care of. My husband and I ended up buying a new Edge, 2 days later we noticed it has hail damage on it. We called the dealership and of course no one would return our calls. A week later, we were in the area so we went to the dealership, Greg is the "manager" that was there and came out to talk to us. He told my husband and I that we had been a problem from the beginning and wanted to know why we were just noticing the hail damage. We tried to explain that we didn't just notice it, no one will return our calls. He was laughing and told us that they have sold 120 cars with hail damage and we are the only ones that have come back and complained. He told us that basically we should have noticed it when we bought it. He said that we bought the car "as is" and we took the "discount" that was given because the car had hail damage. BUT we didn't sign the waiver. No one had ever told us that the car had hail damage. He did tell us that he would give us $500 which is what the insurance allowed for the damage on the vehicle. I think they were hoping we didn't notice. And the other 119 people probably didn't know either. Everyone else we worked with was nice, the salesman, Mark Verdun, was great. The car deal was done with Mark Ford, who was very nice and helpful and Job. I do believe that Job should have told us upfront that the car had hail damage but didn't. We did have a unique situation going into that car deal but I do feel that in no way meant they had the right to lie up front to us and be so rude. I will NEVER buy anything there again. More

We were a little off on price and he had his manager Greg come out and he didn't talk to us like we were 3rd class citizens, he was very polite and professional. I basically went to Consumer Reports which rated the F150 in the top 3 trucks. I hate to shop, but did a little looking, at RAM & Nissan. All the vehicles were pretty good, but it really came down to the kno in the top 3 trucks. I hate to shop, but did a little looking, at RAM & Nissan. All the vehicles were pretty good, but it really came down to the knowledge and experience of the salesman that made the difference. Robert was low key and helpful, which made the difference. Shot me a fair price, so I took it. So far, I love it. Hopefully I can say the same throughout the life of the vehicle! More
