Great experience last night. I picked out a vehicle that was on their Idabel lot, they had it brought to Muskogee and ready for me when I got there. This place is the worst salesman place I've ever went to in my life I was on my way an hour and 45 minutes away from this place and they called to tell me they sold my car called to talk to them they put me in my life I was on my way an hour and 45 minutes away from this place and they called to tell me they sold my car called to talk to them they put me on hold and would never come back to the phone I called and called them they would not answer so I called them from another number and they picked up the phone this is not a good salesmanship I would never have anybody by vehicle from them the way they treated me the woman called me all day long telling me to get up there that day I had to do it that day and on my way they sold my car I was treated awful I would not ever recommend this place to buy vehicle More
now NEW I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and this last time, since Hodge took over, the service has declined significantly. I have had them approach me while waiting for my oil ch dealership and this last time, since Hodge took over, the service has declined significantly. I have had them approach me while waiting for my oil change to be completed and tell me that my battery was dead and it was gonna cost over $200 to replace. I declined and went up the road to O’Reillys not only was my battery on warranty because I had previously purchased one within the last year but it was also fine so they were trying to scam me out of over $200. They’ve also told me that I need a new brakes , I purchased them and my brakes squealed every day after As they did before, to this day I do not believe that they actually placed brakes on my car. Right after you get an oil change they place the sticker in the mirror to tell you how things are rated whether it’s your brakes your tires and every time it’s different right after I got my brakes they told me my brakes were in fair condition the next time I oil is changed my brakes are in good condition they don’t care they just check whatever box . I had my oil changed a month ago and recently checked my breaker fluid and it was completely empty . This most recent time I had a recall a safety recall issue I called they told me would be over a month and a half before they could get my car in for a part that cost nine dollars and will take 45 minutes to repair. My husband visited the dealership to ask them if they could repair it sooner due to it being a safety recall issue and they told him to do it himself they were shorthanded threw the Ford customer service card at him when he asked for the headquarters customer service number and told him don’t bring your car in here . We took it to a local mechanic and they said when they called that Ford had nine at the parts they were needed to fix my car and yeah they should have taken care of that but instead I had to pay for a service that should’ve been rendered free since it was a recall by my Ford dealership. I will never go back to these people they are rude inconsiderate and the service is horrible. I’ve heard many stories from other people that are comparable to mine. More

We dropped it off and came back 2 days later to pick it up. They stated that everything was taken care of and that the rattle had subsided, our service receipt even said it had been looked at. When I got in it and started it, the rattle was still there. I walked right back inside and told them it hadnt been fixed, they then stated that it was due to a recall and they couldnt fix it until the recall came out. So I have called for 3 weeks and the receptionist answers the phone and passes off to a service supervisor who says they cannot help me it will need to be the service manager. In the 3 weeks ive been calling the service manager has yet to call back and every time I call to follow up, "Hes not in the office". So I leave a message with the receptionist and she transfers me to his voicemail, and have still yet to receive a call. I Called today and asked for the Managers Boss and I also got his Voicemail. I would recommend doing business somewhere else, as their managers seem to either not understand customer service or dont even work there. Im not one to write a review but, this is getting out of hand and people should know that if there is a problem they will avoid at all cost to get back with you. We were looking at buying a new expedition and we will now be looking elsewhere. Stay away from this place if you can! More

I have always saved by making the short drive to Muskogee and the service is always above and beyond. I recently bought a new Lincoln Aviator and Hodge beat the city dealers by thousands. They also have a family style atmosphere and will always make things right without regard to cost. More

Worst experience I Went to James hodge Ford In Muskogee. To trade in my truck. Looking and hoping to get a something new or used. But with low miles and a nice drive. Well they found the car that I like and it had to be in the body shop. I was OK with that because I was told it was going to have a nice paint job done. My tade In which was my truck was still parked with all my belongings in it. Which includes all of my school stuff. I made clear that everything was in my vehicle because I didn’t have my card that I had just signed for. My truck that was my trade-in went to the detail shop which I was told would not be moved until all my belongings out and I drove off with my car. But all of a sudden it changed the truck went to the shop and everything was thrown in the trash. Which as a customer made me really upset because someone didn’t value what meant a lot to me to them. So I signed for the car but I didn’t get the car out the shop until a week after I signed. And then when I got the car out the shop and I actually drove it I felt some weird jump to it and I took it and and had looked at the notes my transmission the transmission has been worked on three or four times before I even got the car so basically I signed a contract for a bad car!.well I took the all the stuff in the school saying how much it would be just for the school belongings and from mines been together and I don’t even get half of that back not even 25% back! So now I have a back car not even half the money back and I’m unhappy customer! I was promised that the truck which was my trade-in would not be touched until I got my car out of the body shop. On top of that I’m the one having to make payments after the car has been in the dealership for three weeks and I have to make a payment for a month like I had the car. The transmission was bad which I was told it was fixed but I’m still having the same problems that I had before I put it back in the shop. And now scheduled to go back in the shop in the next week. If customer satisfaction is you’re number one go I don’t know if I found it there or not! More
Useless mechanics I purchased a truck at this dealer. I came in a few weeks later under warranty with noise in front end. They said they could not reproduce noise. They also had me bring it in early and didn't even look at it till next day. Second time was off warranty same problem just worse. I brought it in early came back about 1530 and they were done and said it was bump stop but never called. I was able to get it to do the noise without hitting bump stop leaving the lot again. Brought it back now they hear it but won't look at it till tomorrow. They do not supply courtesy vehicles either. More
