Found the (NEW) 2012 Focus the way we wanted it Al Jones found us our new 2012 "Red Candy" Focus (back in June 2012) when other dealer couldn't. Al found the one we liked with the options we wanted, and NOT the ones we didn't. Deborah Carrier was very helpful in closing the 'deal'. Will always consider them good friends! Can't recall the service advisor's name the last time we had our '12 Focus in for an oil change, but they are always friendly and willing to take the time to explain things I might have questions about. I really appreciate the 'free loaner' program when warranty work was needed that took longer than a day to complete. THIS is a GREAT program! Keep up the GOOD WORK! :-) Regards, Randy Griggs More

I would NOT refer this SORRY service department to my WORST enemy. Dropped car off in AM for minor repair. Later ONLY AFTER I CALLED MYSELF did I learn that the guy (I guess they only had one trained in WORST enemy. Dropped car off in AM for minor repair. Later ONLY AFTER I CALLED MYSELF did I learn that the guy (I guess they only had one trained in replacing door handles) would probably not get to it today. This AFTER I got up EARLY on a day off, called first, to get it there early enough to get the job done. IF I had not called MYSELF they would have closed and left me wondering what happened (and without a car for work). THEN had to wait some time for them to "pull my car around" Not calling is part of their mantra. My 80 year old parent has an old Ford she got new years ago. She got a recall a few months back. SHE wanted it taken there. They said they did not have the part for the affected recall but would call and let us know...did they ever call or let us know? xxxx no. To call this place a Ford dealer is a JOKE! More
