If I could they wouldn't get a single star. I have had my vehicle in the service dept 6+ times in 3 years. Not once did I leave with all my issues fixed. Most times I left with more problems. From a broken front bumper damaged, to someone smoking in my car. I wouldn't take my car here anymore if I had no where else to take it.... Good friendly supervisors, VERY VERY poor mechanics. More

Grateful and Thankful for Casidy the cashier had loaner available Casidy has been so helpful. Ryan in service is so sweet, helpful and great customer service person. Jeff doesn't communicate unless you go in, Virginia you better have all I's dotted T's crossed before she listen. More

It was taken straight to James Collins I would give this place a zero if I could. My transmission on my 2016 Ford Escape went out on November 13th. It was taken straight to James Collins Ford. The car does have an extended warranty so we knew that we would have to wait for the warranty company to come inspect it prior to ordering a transmission. That took less than a week and the transmission was ordered the next day. During that time we were told the axel and a few other things were broken and needed repair. We agreed to fix it and pay out of pocket and we’re told that they were going to go ahead and fix those issues while waiting for the transmission to arrive. The transmission arrived and we knew it would take a week or so to have it placed in. We called at the end of December and we were told everything had been fixed and the transmission was just waiting to go in. We were given an estimated time of 2 weeks. Two weeks later we called back and it still hadn’t been touched and again, we were told they would have it done by the end of the week. I spoke with them yesterday and their now stating that the problems that needed to be fixed had yet to be done and the transmission had not been put in and we were looking at another 2 weeks. When I asked why we were told the other issues would be fixed prior or why they had had the vehicle for going on four months and was told that “I don’t know what to tell you, it had to be fixed first”. In the past four months I have had to spend close to $3,000 for a rental vehicle out of pocket. I feel like four months to have a vehicle in the shop is absurd. Also getting to talk to someone is almost impossible without trying all day long. You’re never given updates and if you leave a message no one will ever return your call. I have been dealing with a man named Chris there and he is the one who continues to say these things. They are aware that this is for a Ford employee and still continue to do these things as well and I don’t know what else to do. I had to file a complaint with Ford to get them to actually begin working on the car. Two days later they told Ford that the car was finished, but they never reached out to us. We had to call them only to find out they lied to the company and the car STILL is NOT finished. There is no communication between employees or with customers, they will not return your car and practically dont want to return your car in under 6 months. I will NEVER step foot on their lot again. Very bad business practices. Should take responsibility for your actions and not try to play people for their money and you should probably get new mechanics because common sense says when a part doesn't g for your actions and not try to play people for their money and you should probably get new mechanics because common sense says when a part doesn't go back into place that means that you didn't put something back right and you shouldn't force it into place and then lie about it cost the customer more money. Absolutely terrible business practices! Took car in for repairs, 2500. later engine light comes on. Call after call after call, message after message after message! No one will call us back! Outstanding service We searched for a used car on auto trader and found one we really liked at James Collins Ford. I sent a email off to them inquiring about the auto we We searched for a used car on auto trader and found one we really liked at James Collins Ford. I sent a email off to them inquiring about the auto we were interested in. Lou from James Collins called me within hours of my email. We made a deal on the auto over the phone and set up a time to come and see the car and to make the purchase. Lou did a great job having everything ready go from having the car in tip top shape to having all the paperwork completed and ready to go. We spent less than a hour at the dealership test driving the car, having them inspect our trade in and signing the loan documents. If you want someone to take care of all your auto needs i would call Lou at James Collins Ford. More
Lacking some crucial points I took my vehicle in today to have "The Works" performed on it. The work was done in a timely fashion and only time will tell about the quality. Howev I took my vehicle in today to have "The Works" performed on it. The work was done in a timely fashion and only time will tell about the quality. However, all those things being equal, there are other features that vie for your business. Other competitors that I have taken my vehicle to for service, whom I haven't had any issues with, offer coffee/pastries/water in their customer lounge. The service advisors also review the results of the work done. This was not done today and has never been done to my recollection at this dealership service department. The reason I went to this dealership today is because I was off work and normally have to take it in on Saturdays and it's a little closer to my home. More
