I live in Mass, approximately 6 hours from Peter Koch's dealership. I found the van I was looking for there and spoke to Jason Leone (sales person) many times on the phone about it. I sent a relative to check it out and take it for a test drive. Once I received positive feedback, I called Jason to do the deal over the phone. He overnighted all the documents to me, I signed them and overnighted them back. 2 days later I drove to NY to pick up the van and found it to be exactly as described by Jason over the phone. He told me the truth about all the imperfections that he found (minor scratches and the like) and I couldn't find anything else wrong with the vehicle. I was very impressed that I was not lied to about anything on the vehicle. I would highly recomend Peter Koch Chrysler and specifically Jason Leone as a sales person. It would have been very easy for Jason to lie to me being that I was 6 hours away, so it was refreshing to find the vehicle exactly as described. More

Melissa and Bobby were nothing short of amazing in helping me purchase my Chevy Malibu. Neither my fiance or I had the best situation in purchasing a vehicle, she was trading 2 vehicles she was upside down in, and my credit history, but they both worked everything they could to get us vehicles. From the first inquiry into the 2009 Town and Country to the last e-mail regarding my Malibu, Melissa was extremely courteous, helpful, and quick to check if we needed anything. Even the drivers that brought both vehicles out were among the nicest employees I have ever had the opportunity to meet.
