I heard this radio ad about this dealership giving more for your trade then what its worth so I called to ask about how the sale worked and spoke with a very nice lady on the phone, she was a manager and she explained everything to me, so I set up an appointment with her to meet with the sales manager. I am so glad I did, I met with him and was very happy how everything was handled. I couldn't believe it but they gave me $5,000.00 more then what my trade was worth and because they did I was able to get out of my trade. I went to Peter Koch to purchase a used van, with a trade in. All of the staff were very friendly and accomodating.
